Why should you leave a review?

Leaving a review after your appointment helps build the Booksy community! A positive review lets your provider know that you appreciate their work and helps them grow their business. If the service didn’t meet your expectations, leaving a review opens up a road to future improvement, allowing you to direct your provider’s attention to aspects you weren’t quite satisfied with. Not to mention, through reviews, you’re helping other Booksy users choose the right provider for them!

How do you leave a review?

After you’ve completed your booking, Booksy will ask you to leave a review. You can leave a review right away by using the automatic prompt that will appear on the main screen of the app the next time you launch it. Or, you can leave a review at a later time by going to Profile > Reviews and selecting the service you’d like to leave a review for.

All the reviews you've previously left on Booksy can be found in the Reviews tab.

What should your review include?

Leaving high quality reviews helps others discover the best businesses and services! To make your review as valuable as possible for other Booksy users, it’s good to include information like:
