Official Competition Rules
Kirsty Meakin: Win Your Way to the Florida Mansion
- Sponsor: Booksy Inc. (“Booksy”), @booksybiz.
- Selection Authority: The winner will be personally selected by Kirsty Meakin based on the creative quality, technique, and professional artistry displayed in the entry. Booksy acts as the administrator and is responsible for prize fulfillment and announcement only.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
This Competition is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age.
2. ELIGIBILITY & MANDATORY CREDENTIALS
- Professional Status: Winner must be licensed nail technicians or professional salon owners.
- Verification: Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of professional licensure (State Board License). Failure to provide valid credentials within 48 hours of request will result in immediate disqualification.
- Giveaway Launch: February 11, 2026, via @booksybiz.
- Entry Deadline: February 18, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EST.
- Winner Announcement: February 19, 2026.
- Event Dates: March 2, 2026, to March 6, 2026.
- The Art: Entrants must submit a minimum of one (1) photograph and a maximum of three (3) photographs of their original nail artistry.
- Integrity of Information: All information provided (Name, Email, Phone Number, Professional Handles) must be accurate and truthful.
- Automatic Disqualification: The use of fake names, temporary/disposable email addresses, fake phone numbers, or any other fraudulent information will result in automatic disqualification without notice. Sponsor reserves the right to verify all identity and contact information before awarding the prize.
4. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS & ANTI-FRAUD POLICY
5. WINNER NOTIFICATION (THE 48-HOUR RULE)
The potential winner will be contacted via email and/or Instagram DM on February 19, 2026.
- The winner must respond and confirm their availability and professional status within forty-eight (48) hours.
- Failure to respond or provide accurate info within this window results in forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner.
- Travel: Round-trip economy airfare for two, including one (1) standard checked bag
- Ground Transport: Booksy will provide transportation from Orlando International (MCO) to the Mansion on March 2nd and back to MCO on March 6th.
- Accommodation & Food: Shared luxury accommodation at the Florida Mansion and scheduled meals during the official itinerary.

6. THE PRIZE: WHAT IS INCLUDED
7. WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED (WINNER’S EXPENSES)
- Personal Costs: Souvenirs, gifts, and independent shopping.
- Off-Site Activities: Any excursions (e.g., Disney theme parks) not explicitly listed in the itinerary.
- Post-Event Stay: If the winner stays in Florida after the event concludes on March 6th, all additional costs (hotel, meals, and flight change fees) are their sole responsibility
- Liability Waiver: Participation in the event is at the winner’s own risk.
- Right of Removal: Booksy Inc. and Kirsty Meakin (including their respective teams) reserve the right to remove the winner from the Mansion at any time for unprofessional, disruptive, or dangerous conduct.
- No Responsibility/Reimbursement: In the event of removal, Booksy Inc. and Kirsty Meakin bear no responsibility for the individual's subsequent accommodation, meals, or return travel, and no reimbursement or alternative prize will be provided. All further expenses will be the sole responsibility of the removed individual(s).
9. PUBLICITY & MARKETING CONSENT
- Content: By entering, you grant Booksy and Kirsty Meakin an irrevocable license to use your name, likeness, and any content created during the trip for marketing purposes.
- Communications: You expressly consent to receive promotional emails, SMS, and sales outreach from Booksy’s teams. You may opt out at any time.
- The winner is responsible for all taxes; a 1099-MISC form will be issued. This competition is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
