1. Definitions: For purposes of these Giveaways T&C, references to “we”, “our”, and “us” mean Booksy, Inc., a Delaware corporation with a mailing address at 515 North State Street, Suite 460, Chicago, IL 60654. References to “Winner” mean a Participant in the Giveaway who registers with us to obtain a Prize (as defined herein). References to “Participant” mean a recipient of a Postcard.
2. Agreement to be Bound: The following Giveaways T&C and Appendices hereto, together with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and relevant information set out on the promotional pages for said Giveaway are subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully as any participation in the Giveaway constitutes an agreement, without acceptance, to be bound thereby by the Participant. By participating in the Giveaway, you represent that you have read and understand the terms and conditions and that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as set forth below.
3. Giveaway Duration: The commencement of this Giveaway is scheduled for July 1st, 2024, and it will remain open until August 31th, 2024. All Prizes must be claimed no later than 11:59 pm EST on the last day of the Giveaway to be accepted by Booksy.
4. Eligibility: Open to licensed barbers and stylists in the Continental United States, 18 years or older, who received a randomized scratch-off postcard from Booksy ("Postcard"). Employees of Booksy, Inc. and their immediate family members are ineligible.
5. Winners: Twenty (20) individuals selected at random will receive a Postcard with a prize from among all those who receive Postcards (“Winner”). Scratch-off the foil box to find out if you have won. The selection is final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. All other recipients of a Postcard who are not Winners will receive a fourteen- (14-) day free trial of a Booksy subscription.
6. Prizes: Every Winner will each receive a discount code to redeem a 100% discount of Booksy Subscription for 12 months. Prizes are as described, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. To remove doubts, the discount does not apply to other Booksy add-on services, including but not limited to: Boost, Mobile Payments, Tap to Pay and Booksy Card Reader, for which payment is made separately.
7. Selection Process: Winners will be chosen at random from all Postcards mailed. The estimated odds of winning are 0.1%. No purchase is necessary to enter the Giveaway, and any purchase made by a Recipient will not improve the chance of winning.
8. 8. Claiming a Prize: To claim a Prize, a Winner must scan the QR code on the Postcard, which will take them to a registration page where they can register for a Booksy account. Upon sign-up they must accept the Booksy Terms of Service to register. Claim of the Prize will be possible when adding a card to activate a Booksy Subscription. On that page, a placeholder will be available to add the discount code from the Postcard - step by step instructions are available here. Unless canceled or otherwise stated upon registration, the Booksy subscription will automatically every month. At the end of the 12 months discount, the price will revert to the one agreed on at sign-up.
9. Publicity Grant: By claiming a prize, Winner grants us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable, assignable license to reproduce the tradename and trademarks of the Winner, including the name of any owner and their, likeness, and image and to otherwise use, exploit, copy, modify, adapt, edit, publish and display the Winner’s tradename, trademarks, image, name, likeness, and comments in any form, manner, venue, media or technology now known or later developed for any and all purposes, including, without limitation, for purposes of trade, advertising, and promotion and its licensees or assignees determine, without further compensation, notification, or permission.
10. Taxes: Participants agree that all taxes, costs and expenses associated with the receipt and/or use of the Prize shall be their sole and exclusive responsibility and that they shall report the value of the Prize for tax purposes as required by law.
11. Liability: By participating in this Giveaway, Participants release and hold us, our partners, affiliates, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, or damages. We are not responsible for technical issues, errors, or unauthorized access to entries. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or reliability of Giveaway materials. We disclaim any liability for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Participants acknowledge our disclaimer of any liability for unauthorized access to their information. Our liability is limited to the Participant's direct costs. We are not responsible for printing errors. In jurisdictions where limitations on liability are not permitted, our liability is limited to the extent allowed by law. Participantsagree to these terms by participating.
12. Terms Changes: We may modify, add to, suspend or delete these Giveaway T&C, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion at any time, with such modifications, additions or deletions being immediately effective upon their posting to the pages. Your continued participation in the Giveaway T&C after modification, addition or deletion of the Giveaway T&C shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of the modification, addition or deletion.
13. Geographic Restrictions: Giveaway is only open to businesses located in the contiguous United States. By participating in the Giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. I hereby submit this Publicity Release (this “Release”) to Booksy, Inc. (“Booksy”), understanding that Booksy will rely on this Release in connection with Giveaway and the Promotion of the same (as defined herein.)
2. By participating, where permitted by law, I hereby irrevocably and in perpetuity grant to Booksy, and those acting under Booksy’s authority, the unrestricted, absolute, perpetual, worldwide right and license to use my name, address, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical and personal information, statements, survey responses, and any photograph, film, video, audio recording or other recording taken of me or such materials (collectively, “Content”), and all in connection with marketing purposes including without limitation the promotion of the Giveaway and other sweepstakes and contests or the provision of publicly available winners’ lists (“Promotion”), and to reproduce, copy, modify, create derivative works of, display, perform, exhibit, distribute, transmit or broadcast, publicly or otherwise, or otherwise use and permit to be used, the Content or any part thereof, whether alone or in combination with other materials (including but not limited to text, data, images, photographs, illustrations, and graphics, video or audio segments of any nature), in any media whatsoever in connection with the Promotion, and all the foregoing without any compensation, royalties, remuneration or consideration to myself or any third party, and I hereby waive all claims to compensation, royalties, remuneration, consideration, notice or permission in connection therewith.
