These Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") define the rules and conditions for participation in the referral program ("Program").
The Organizers of the Program are the following entities ("Organizer"):
If the country of residence and provision of services is UK - Booksy UK Ltd, with its registered office at Ealing Cross, 1st floor, 85 Uxbridge Road, London W5 5TH, United Kingdom, registered under number 9931642, representing the United Kingdom.
If the country of residence and provision of services is France - Kiute SAS, with its registered office at 42 rue de Maubeuge, CS 70049, 75009 Paris, France, registered under number 799889704, representing France.
If the country of residence and provision of services is Spain - Booksy Iberia S.L.U., with its registered office at C. de Eloy Gonzalo, 27 Chamberí, 28010 Madrid, Spain, registered under number Commercial Registry of Madrid - page M-716192, Volume 40315, sheet 103. EUID - ES28065.081879769, representing Spain.
The Program is valid from [*], 2025, until further notice. The Organizer reserves the right to change or terminate the Program at any time, by informing Participants in advance on the Program's website.
Participation in the Program is voluntary and free of charge.
2. DEFINITIONS
Program – the "XXX" referral program operating under the rules set out in these T&Cs.
Organizer – the entities listed in point I.2 of the T&Cs.
Referrer – an existing customer of the Organizer who recommends the Organizer's services to new individuals.
Referee – a new individual who purchases a Subscription thanks to a Referrer's recommendation.
Subscription – a subscription service regarding Booksy Biz platform offered by the Organizer.
Referral Period – the first 3 (three) full, paid months of the Referee's Subscription.
Gift Card – the reward for the Referrer in the form of a gift card of a specified value.
3. ELIGIBILITY
Participants in the Program can be:
Referrer: an adult natural person with full legal capacity, who is an active customer of the Organizer (holding an active Subscription) and accepts these T&Cs.
Referee: an adult natural person with full legal capacity, who has not had active Subscription in the last 12 months before the start of the Program.
Participation in the Program is possible exclusively online, via the dedicated Program website or the Organizer's platform.
4. PROGRAM RULES
For the Referrer:
The Referrer will have access to a personal website from the Organizer to share details about the Referee.
Link to the website will be made available through emails/push communication or within the BooksyBiz app.
The Link to the website is personal and should not be shared or used by other individuals.
Before sharing details about the Referee, the Referrer must:
Ensure that the Referee is aware that their personal data will be provided to Booksy as a part of the referral process, and that the Referee has given the Referrer appropriate consent for such disclosure;
Inform the Referee that Booksy will contact them in connection with the referral program using the provided personal data (phone number);
On Booksy’s request, provide Booksy with evidence of having fulfilled the obligations set out above.
For the Referrer to receive the Gift Card, all of the following conditions must be met:
The Referee contact details have to be correct (email, phone number).
The Referee pays for and maintains an active Subscription for the entire Referral Period (3 full calendar months from the Subscription start date).
The Referee does not withdraw from the Subscription agreement during the Referral Period or cancel payments.
The Referrer will receive one Gift Card for each Referee who meets the above conditions.
The Organizers reserve the right to verify the fulfillment of the Program conditions.
For the Referee:
A Referee when purchasing a new Subscription will receive a 25% discount on their first 3 month's Subscription.
The discount will be applied by Booksy upon the creation of the Referee account.
The discount is exclusively for new customers who are entering into a Subscription agreement with the Organizer for the first time.
5. REWARDS AND FULFILLMENT
For the Referrer – Gift Card:
The value of the Gift Card for the Referrer is £75 for the UK and €75 for Spain and France.
The Gift Card will be sent to the Referrer after the Referral Period has elapsed and after the Organizer confirms that the Referee has paid for 3 (three) full months of Subscription.
The Gift Card will be dispatched within 14 business days from the date the Referee's Referral Period ends.
The Gift Card will be sent to the Booksy Biz platform login email address provided by the Referrer.
The Gift Card is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The Organizer is not responsible for Gift Cards that are not delivered due to reasons attributable to the Referrer (e.g., incorrect email address).
For the Referee – Discount:
The discount will be applied immediately starting from the first payment for the Subscription.
The discount applies only to the first 3 months of the Subscription and does not affect the cost of subsequent billing periods.
The discount applies only to the base price of the Subscription and staffer fee and does not apply to other services ordered by the Referee.
6. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA
The personal data of Program Participants will be processed in accordance with applicable law, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), and relevant national data protection laws in the UK, France, and Spain.
Organizer acts as a Data Controller for the personal data of its respective customers (Referrers and Referees) collected in connection with their participation in the Program.
The personal data will be processed for the sole purpose of administering and fulfilling the Program, including verifying eligibility, distributing rewards, and communicating with Participants.
Participants have the right to access their data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, object to processing, and the right to data portability. For detailed information on data processing and privacy rights, please refer to the respective privacy policies of the Organizer, available on their websites.
By participating in the Program, the Referrer acknowledges and agrees that the Organizer will be notified if a Referee completes the Referral Period. The Referee acknowledges and agrees that the Organizer will be notified the Referee has joined through the Referral Program. No specific payment data or detailed personal information beyond what is necessary for Program administration will be shared between Referrers and Referees directly.
7. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
Any complaints regarding the Program should be submitted to:

Complaints will be reviewed by the Organizer within 30 days of their receipt. The Participant will be informed about the resolution via email.
8. FINAL PROVISIONS
The Organizers reserve the right to exclude any Participant from the Program in case of violation of these T&Cs, misuse of the Program, or fraudulent activity.
Any tax obligations arising from the rewards received under this Program are the sole responsibility of the Participant. Participants are advised to consult their local tax advisor.
The governing law for these T&Cs is:

For the UK - the law of England and Wales;
For France - French law.
