1. ELIGIBILITY
The Booksy "Finally” Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, and who are active, licensed nail professionals actively practicing within the United States. Employees of Booksy, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on August 3, 2026, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on August 26, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST (the "Promotion Period").
3. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, eligible participants must successfully complete and submit the official landing page form (including first/last name, city, zip code, email address, Instagram handle) during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries, mechanical reproductions, or automated/fraudulent entry methods will result in immediate disqualification.
4. WINNER SELECTION & DRAWING
On or about August 27, 2026, one (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected via a randomized, electronic drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by Booksy, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.
5. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be notified on or about August 27, 2026, via the email address and/or Instagram handle provided during entry. If the potential winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the first notification attempt, fails to provide required professional license verification (e.g., copy of state cosmetology/nail license, business registration, or other proof). In states where licensing for nail techs service is not required, we will default to business registration. or is unable to travel on the specified event dates (September 19th – September 21st, 2026), they will forfeit the prize. In such an event, an alternate winner may be selected via a randomized drawing of the remaining eligible entries.
6. THE GRAND PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive an all-expenses-paid trip to New York City to attend the Booksy Live Fashion Hair Awards on September 20, 2026. The Grand Prize consists of:
7. TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS
Winner must travel on the exact dates specified by Booksy (September 19–21, 2026) to coincide with the Booksy Live Fashion Hair Awards. Ground transportation, meals, gratuities, baggage fees, personal expenses, and any other costs not expressly listed above are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner must possess all required travel identification.
8. PUBLICITY & MEDIA RELEASE
Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes and acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Booksy’s perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free use of their name, likeness, business name, Instagram handle, and any photos/videos captured during the NYC event for promotional, trade, and marketing purposes across any media platform without further compensation or review.
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Booksy, Inc., its affiliates, partners, and executing agencies from any and all liability, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes, or from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize (including any travel-related activities).
