Booksy is celebrating World Barber Week with a curated music playlist designed by Booksy Barber Ambassadors for barbershops globally. As part of this celebration, you can get access to the playlist and enter into a randomized giveaway ("Giveaway") for a chance to win FREE Apple AirPods.
By submitting your information through the official Booksy World Barber Week Campaign form, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

To participate you need to be a resident of the United States, United Kingdom, or Spain and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Please note that no purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Employees of Booksy entities and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
To enter the Giveaway, submit the lead generation form by providing accurate contact details between September 14, 2025, and October 4, 2025, at 11:59 PM (local time).
You’ll get access to a dedicated Spotify playlist right after completing the form. Fill out the form and enjoy the music prepared especially for the occasion.
Each eligible form submission will count as one entry into the drawing. One winner will be selected at random from each of the following regions: the United States, the United Kingdom, and Spain.
Each winner will receive one pair of Apple AirPods (model may vary and is subject to availability). Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash or any other alternative, except at Booksy’s sole discretion.
Booksy is not responsible for any taxes, fees, or additional costs associated with claiming or using the prize.
The randomized drawing will be conducted by Booksy on October 6, 2025, and winners will be notified via the email address provided on the entry form no later than October 10, 2025. Winners must respond and redeem their prize within five (5) business days of notification; failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize, in which case an alternate winner may be selected.
The personal data of participants will be processed in accordance with applicable law, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).
The relevant Organizer as mentioned in section 3 of this Terms & Conditions acts as a Data Controller for the personal data of participants collected in connection with the Giveaway. Data is collected directly from Participants. Data Controller processes personal data within the scope provided by the Participant. Participants don’t have to share their data with the Data Controller, but if they choose not to, they won’t be able to take part in the Giveaway.
The personal data will be processed for the sole purpose of administering and fulfilling the Giveaway, including verifying eligibility, distributing rewards, and communicating with participants. The legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) in organizing and fulfilling the Giveaway.
Participant's data can be accessed by people directly involved in the Giveaway from companies affiliated with the relevant Data Controller, as well as trusted service providers (like secure data storage or analysis tools), and courier service providers.
The Data Controller will keep the Participant’s personal data only as long as needed to run the Giveaway and deliver prizes. Some data may be kept longer where required by law, for example for tax, accounting, or so the Data Controller can defend itself against claims. After that, the personal data is securely deleted.
The Data Controller may process the Participant's personal data outside of the EU/UK. The Data Controller uses legal safeguards, like official decisions of the European Commission or contracts to protect it. Participants can ask the Data Controller for details regarding such transfers at dpo@booksy.com.
Participants have the right to access their data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, object to processing, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights at any time Participants should contact the Data Protection Officer at dpo@booksy.com. The Participants can also lodge a complaint with relevant data protection authority, if they think that the Data Controller is not handling their personal data properly (ICO in the UK and AEPD in Spain).
The relevant Organizer as mentioned in section 3 of this Terms & Conditions acts as a Data Controller (“Business” under CCPA) for the personal data of participants collected in connection with the Giveaway. Data Controller complies with applicable data privacy laws in the U.S.
Data Controller processes the following scope of Participant’s personal data: first name, last name, email address, Instagram profile name, city, state, zip code, phone number.
The personal data will be processed for the purpose of administering and fulfilling the Giveaway, including verifying eligibility, distributing rewards, and communicating with participants. Personal information may also be used for the purposes of sending marketing communication to the Participants, if this complies with applicable laws.
Participant's data can be accessed by people directly involved in the Giveaway from companies affiliated with the relevant Data Controller, as well as trusted service providers (like secure data storage or analysis tools), and courier service providers.
The Data Controller will keep the Participant’s personal data only as long as needed to run the Giveaway and deliver prizes. Some data may be kept longer where required by law, for example for tax, accounting, or so the Data Controller can defend itself against claims. After that, the personal data is securely deleted.
The Data Controller does not share or sell Participant’s personal information with third parties for the purpose of cross-context behavioral advertising.
Participants have the right to know and access their data, correct it, delete it, limit the use of sensitive personal information (although the Data Controller does not process any sensitive personal information), opt-put from sharing/selling personal information and know why and with whom the Data Controller shares personal information (although the Data Controller does not do that) and the right to not be discriminated against for exercising the privacy rights. To exercise any of these rights at any time Participants should contact the Data Protection Officer at dpo@booksy.com or call us at +1 206-735-3553. The Participants may use an authorized agent, and the Data Controller may ask for proof and verify Participant’s identity.
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the jurisdictions in which the participants reside, without regard to conflict of law principles.
