Official Terms & Conditions: Booksy "Icons of Dallas" Campaign

1. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Booksy "Icons of Dallas" Promotion begins on 5.18.2026 and ends on 6.7.2026 (the "Entry Period"). Winners will be announced on or about 6.9.2026.

2. ELIGIBILITY
Entry is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Participants must be an active Booksy user: licensed beauty, barbering, or wellness professionals actively practicing within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

3. HOW TO ENTER
Complete the official entry form at [Landing Page URL]. Entries must include: first and last name, a valid Instagram handle, email, phone number, and salon address. Limit one (1) entry per person.

4. SELECTION CRITERIA
Winners will be selected by a panel based on:
  • Artistic technical skill (via social media/portfolios)
  • Brand alignment with Booksy’s "Brave" identity
  • Professionalism and community engagement
5. THE PRIZE
  • One (1) professional editorial photoshoot
  • Placement in Booksy’s Dallas OOH advertising campaign (min. 4 weeks)
  • Digital assets from the shoot for social media use
Note: No cash alternative or monetary compensation provided.

6. PUBLICITY & MODEL RELEASE
By entering, winners grant Booksy a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use their name, likeness, and images for advertising and promotional purposes across all media.

7. ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT
Winners must be available for a photoshoot in Dallas between [Date Range]. Failure to attend results in forfeiture of the prize.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Booksy reserves the right to modify the Promotion if integrity is compromised. Participants release Booksy and Rose Gold Collective from any liability.

9. PRIVACY
Data collected is subject to Booksy’s Privacy Policy and used for winner contact and marketing (opt-out available).
