3.1. For Affiliate, when you join the Program:
3.1.1. For the avoidance of doubt, standard subscription pricing is ordinarily determined based on the number of added staff members; however, during the free period (until the 31st of December 2026), no subscription fees will be charged regardless of staff count. The free Booksy subscription does not apply to any additional paid tools, add-ons, promotional features, marketing services, or other services subject to separate fees, which remain payable.
3.1.2. To activate this benefit, you must bring 3 referrals that become paid booksy biz users within your first 3 months of joining the program. Once they become active paid users, you’ll earn a Booksy subscription at no extra cost until the 31st of December 2026. Upon expiry of the initial term, Booksy will review your activity and referral results to determine whether you qualify for a free subscription for an additional term.
3.1.3. To receive a £150 Referral Fee, the referred merchant must sign up using your unique affiliate link and complete three consecutive monthly subscription payments.
3.1.4. Booksy will notify you once a referral has successfully met the three-month qualifying period. Upon notification, you are expected to submit an invoice within 14 days.

5. Promotional Guidelines & Brand Standards
5.1. You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to Booksy (e.g., using #Ad or #Booksy) at the beginning of any post, video, or content containing your affiliate link, ensuring it is visible without clicking 'more'. Booksy reserves the right to audit your content and require immediate removal or modification of any post that fails to meet these standards; non-compliance is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.
5.2. You may not copy or mirror the look and feel of Booksy’s websites or trademarks. You must not use Booksy trademarks in your own business name, social media handles, or domain names.
5.3. You may not use "spam" tactics, send unsolicited emails to individuals you do not know, or post referral links on irrelevant websites. 5.4. You shall not use malware, spyware, cookie-stuffing, or aggressive advertising methods, nor may you purchase search engine keywords (e.g., Google Ads) using "Booksy" trademarks or variations thereof.
5.5. All promotional content featuring your affiliate link must comply with the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) CAP Code and the ASA’s Influencer Guidance. In particular: (a) any paid or incentivised post must be labelled clearly and upfront (e.g. #Ad) before the reader engages with the content, not buried in hashtags or disclosed only in a caption; (b) you must not present promotional content as independent editorial opinion; and (c) you must ensure that any claims made about Booksy’s features, pricing, or capabilities are accurate and capable of substantiation. Failure to comply with ASA requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.
