The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are, at the time of entry, at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, and who hold an active, valid state cosmetology or nail technician license in the United States. Void in Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, and directors of Booksy Inc. ("Sponsor"), NAILCON, The Gel Bottle, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings) or household members are not eligible to participate.
The Sweepstakes begins on September 11, 2026, at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) and ends on September 16, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM EST (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer server is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Entries submitted outside the Sweepstakes Period will be automatically disqualified.
To enter the Sweepstakes, eligible participants must visit the official Booksy x NAILCON landing page during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the official entry form in its entirety. Required fields include full legal name, valid email address, phone number, state of licensure, and social media handle. Limit one (1) entry per licensed nail professional. Multiple entries submitted by a single individual using different email addresses or identities will be disqualified. Entry is free. No purchase, payment, subscription, download will not increase your chances of winning.
On or about September 17, 2026, Sponsor will select ten (10) potential Grand Prize winners in a random drawing from among all eligible, completed form-fill entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Two (2) of the ten selected winners will also be randomly drawn to receive a bonus The Gel Bottle prize pack. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Potential winners will be notified via email or telephone at the contact information provided on their entry form on or about September 17, 2026. Potential winners must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification to claim their prize and verify their active professional nail license. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the 48-hour window, or fails to provide proof of licensure, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing.
Prizes are awarded "as is," with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied. Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be sold, auctioned, or exchanged for cash. No substitution of prizes is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or prize component) of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. All prize details not expressly stated above are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Any portion of a prize that is not used or claimed is forfeited and will not be replaced or exchanged.
IMPORTANT TRAVEL EXCLUSION: PRIZES INCLUDE EVENT VIP ADMISSION TICKETS ONLY. BOOKSY INC. AND NAILCON WILL NOT PROVIDE, COVER, OR REIMBURSE ANY AIRFARE, GROUND TRANSPORTATION, HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS, MEALS (OUTSIDE INCLUDED EVENT FUNCTIONS), OR INCIDENTAL EXPENSES. WINNERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TRAVEL AND LODGING ARRANGEMENTS TO AND FROM ATLANTA, GA.
