The Booksy x BarberCon Dallas 2026 Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Booksy, Inc., 515 N State St., Suite 460, Chicago, IL 60654 ("Booksy" or "Sponsor").
The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with BarberCon, Gilley's Dallas, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, or any other third party unless expressly stated otherwise.
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Booksy, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter.

The Sweepstakes will be conducted on-site at BarberCon Dallas 2026 on September 13, 2026, at Gilley's Dallas, 1135 Botham Jean Blvd, Dallas, TX 75215.
The Sweepstakes begins at [START TIME + TIME ZONE] and ends at [END TIME + TIME ZONE] on September 13, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period").
Entries must be submitted during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.

Upon successful submission of an eligible entry, the entrant will automatically be entered for a chance to win the Sweepstakes prize described below.
Limit one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person.
Incomplete, inaccurate, automated, fraudulent, duplicate, or otherwise non-compliant entries may be disqualified at Sponsor's discretion.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
Eligible participants who complete the entry form may receive a free professional headshot at the Booksy booth during BarberCon Dallas, subject to photographer availability, event hours, and any applicable on-site requirements.
The free professional headshot is an on-site BarberCon activation available to eligible participants and is separate from the Sweepstakes prize. Receiving a headshot does not affect an entrant's odds of winning the Sweepstakes.
Additional information regarding delivery and permitted use of professional headshots may be communicated to participants at the event.
One (1) winner will receive a free billboard spotlighting the winner's business in the winner's city, compliments of Booksy ("Prize").
The billboard is intended to provide promotional visibility for the winning barber and their business.
Final billboard creative, content, specifications, placement, location, display period, production schedule, and other execution details will be determined and/or approved by Sponsor, subject to availability and applicable requirements.
The billboard may be a static or digital/electronic billboard, and may be displayed on a continuous, shared, or rotating basis (for example, appearing periodically in rotation with other advertisements on a digital display), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. A shared or rotating digital placement is not a lesser or substitute prize and does not require the winner's consent.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $[CONFIRM ARV].
The total Approximate Retail Value of the Prize, inclusive of billboard production, placement, and display, will not exceed $4,999. Because the cost of billboard advertising varies by media market, and the winner's city will not be known until after a winner is selected and verified, if the cost of a standard billboard placement in the winner's city for the display period otherwise contemplated by these Official Rules would cause the ARV to exceed $4,999, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, shorten the display period, select an alternative billboard format, media owner, or location within or near the winner's city, or otherwise adjust the Prize, so that the total ARV does not exceed $4,999.
The Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, assigned, or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable or cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
Any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099 or other tax documentation as required by law in respect of the Prize and may withhold from the Prize any amount required by law.
As part of the Prize, and in addition to the billboard described above, Sponsor will provide the winner with a supplemental cash payment intended to help offset the winner's federal income tax liability arising from the Prize. This supplemental payment is included within, and does not increase, the total Approximate Retail Value stated in these Official Rules, and is itself taxable income to the winner and reportable on Form 1099 together with the remainder of the Prize.
The winner may be required to provide information and materials reasonably necessary for creation and fulfillment of the billboard, which may include the winner's name, business/barbershop name, photograph or likeness, business information, and other approved promotional content.
As a condition of receiving the Prize, the winner grants Sponsor a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, publish, adapt, and create derivative works from the winner's name, business name, city and state, business address, photographs of the winner and the winner's business, and any other materials the winner submits for use on the billboard (together, the "Licensed Materials"), solely for the production, display, and distribution of the billboard, and for Sponsor's marketing, advertising, promotional, and archival use in connection with the Sweepstakes and the Prize.
The license is granted at no charge and continues until six (6) months after the last day the billboard is displayed. Following that period, Sponsor may retain and continue to use the Licensed Materials for internal archival, record-keeping, and legal-compliance purposes, and is not required to remove or recall material already published, printed, or placed with third parties before expiry.
The winner represents and warrants that they own or otherwise control all rights necessary to grant the license in this Section, that the Licensed Materials do not infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, right of publicity, right of privacy, or other right of any third party, and that, where any material the winner submits depicts or identifies any individual other than the winner, the winner has obtained a valid written release from that individual authorizing the use described in this Section.
Sponsor may decline to use any material that, in its determination, is of insufficient quality for the intended use, is inaccurate or misleading, or is otherwise inconsistent with the content standards or values of the Sweepstakes and may request that the winner supply satisfactory replacement material within a reasonable time.
All billboard creative and content are subject to Sponsor's approval and any applicable advertising, venue, media-owner, production, or legal requirements.
The specific billboard location within or near the winner's city is subject to inventory, availability, production requirements, and Sponsor approval. Sponsor does not guarantee a particular billboard location, placement, audience size, number of impressions, or business result.
The winner agrees to reasonably cooperate with Sponsor in connection with development and fulfillment of the Prize.
One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The drawing is expected to take place on or about [CONFIRM DRAWING DATE].
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or phone number provided with their entry.
The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the initial notification unless otherwise stated by Sponsor.
If the potential winner:
the potential winner may forfeit the Prize, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
The potential winner may be required to complete eligibility verification, publicity, content usage, tax, or other documentation as reasonably required by Sponsor before being confirmed as the winner.
As a further condition of receiving the Prize, the potential winner must complete, sign, and return a completed IRS Form W-9 and provide a valid Taxpayer Identification Number within the timeframe requested by Sponsor. Failure to timely provide a completed Form W-9 will result in forfeiture of the Prize.
By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding with respect to the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, event cancellation or disruption, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control affects the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, delayed, corrupted, or otherwise invalid entries or for technical, network, electronic, hardware, software, or communications failures.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize.
Nothing in these Official Terms & Conditions limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor's total aggregate liability, if any, arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes will not exceed the Approximate Retail Value of the Prize.
By entering, each entrant agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents, from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to the entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes, any breach of the entrant's representations and warranties regarding materials submitted for the billboard, or the entrant's acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, business/barbershop name, city and state, and related Prize information for purposes of administering, promoting, and publicizing the Sweepstakes and Prize, without additional compensation, subject to applicable law.
Because the Prize involves publicly displaying and promoting the winner and/or the winner's business, the winner may be required to grant additional permissions or execute appropriate releases relating to photographs, likeness, business information, trademarks, logos, creative materials, and other content used in the billboard.
Any such additional usage rights will be subject to the applicable permissions and releases provided to the winner.
Where an entrant separately provides marketing consent, Booksy may send promotional communications regarding its products, services, events, and offers in accordance with the consent provided.
Marketing consent is not required to enter or win unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications in accordance with the instructions provided in those communications.
Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with Booksy's Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Information collected will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, communicate with entrants and the winner, fulfill the Prize, and for other purposes for which the entrant has provided consent.
Depending on the manner of participation, the following categories of personal information may be collected: identification and contact details (full name, business/barbershop name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, Instagram handle); and, for the winner, business address, photographs and other likeness or image content submitted for the billboard, business branding materials (logos, artwork), and taxpayer identification information provided on Form W-9.
Personal information may be disclosed to service providers supporting the Sweepstakes, including IT and hosting providers, the out-of-home media owner and creative production vendors, and payment or tax-processing providers, and to public authorities where required by law. Booksy does not sell entrants' personal information and does not use it for targeted advertising in connection with the Sweepstakes.
Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Section. Records relating to the winner, including tax documentation, are retained for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Materials used under the license in Section 7 may remain in use for the period described in that Section.
Where applicable law provides such rights, individuals may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, may request its portability, may opt out of its sale or sharing and of targeted advertising, and will not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. These Official Rules and this Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes will be resolved exclusively in the state courts located in Cook County, Illinois, or the federal courts located in the Northern District of Illinois, and entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Entrants waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in any class or representative action in respect of any dispute arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
